William Odel Seal's Obituary
William Odel Seal, 79, native of Varnado and a resident of Bogalusa, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton. He worked and retired from the Bogalusa paper mill with 42 years of service. He was a member of Monroe Street Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sons, Wendell (Kathy) Seal and Troy (Doreen) Seal, both of Bogalusa; one daughter, Jeanette (Junior) Thore of Bogalusa; two sisters, Flora Sue Overstreet of Newton, Miss. and Glenda Nell Crain of Pine; grandchildren: Jason Seal, Michaela (Tottie) Seal, Michael Seal, Laurie Vince, Troy Jr. Seal, Angie Knight, Heather Williams, Lisa Easterling, David Easterling and Krystal Easterling; 19 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria June Mixon Seal; one brother, Alvin Seal; his parents, Versie E. Smith and Mart J. Seal.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 5 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and will continue on Wednesday from 8 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Chad Jenkins and Eld. Doyle Ball officiating. Interment will follow in Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Bogalusa.
