Verna Lee Keaton, 93, of Bogalusa, La, went peacefully to be with the Lord on March 27, 2024, surrounded by family. She was born in a log cabin in Bush, La, to the late Philip and Eunice Crawford and was the oldest of 4 children. Read Obituary

My brother Jamie and I are sorry to hear of Mrs Verna s passing . She was so sweet when we would go with dad to their house to get the last details of a hunting trip with Mr Charlie. Prayers to all.
Russell, Earl and Royce you are in my prayers. You guys had a jewel of a Mom, I have many happy memories of her. The most vivid is her teaching me how to drive. Usually from Bush to Bogalusa, very patient she was. She will be missed and remembered by many.
My prayers go out to you boys, Russell, Earl and Royce. I did not know until today that she had passed. I am sorry I missed paying my respects. May the Peace of the Lord be with you all and your families. She was a wonderful woman. <3
