Tura Bell Roberson Thurman's Obituary
Tura Bell Roberson Thurman born September 12, 1920 went home to be with The Lord on December 28, 2016 at her residence at the age of 96. She was a long time resident of Bogalusa and a member of the First Baptist Church and also worked as a clerk at Star Studio in Bogalusa.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna Manzella Huth of Bogalusa, a granddaughter , Traci Manzella Huth, and a great- grandson, Colston Roberts, a half- sister, Janice Webb of Gulfport MS. a niece, Ava Burge and two nephews, Johnny Mac Simmons and Randy Simmons and other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death bu husbands P N "Shorty" Roberson and J.K. Thurman.
Visitation will be held Friday December 30, 2016 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 10:30 A.M. until service time at 1:00 P.M. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Bill Broadwater and the interment to follow in the Mitchell's Chapel Church Cemetery.
