Mrs. Shelly Galloway Solano's Obituary
Shelly Galloway Solano passed away unexpectedly at her home April 3, 2024, at the age of 46. Shelly was born December 3, 1977, in Bogalusa, LA, and was a life-long resident of Isabel, LA. Shelly was a dedicated mother, first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her new role as Nana.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years: Antonio “Tony” Solano; two children: Angel (Kade Day) and Antonio Solano; one grandson: Greyson Day; two brothers: Joey (Kristi) Galloway and Jimmy Galloway; one aunt: Suzone Graham; one uncle: Ed (Cecilia) Blackwell; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is also survived by three life-long friends: Michelle Thomas, Leslie McElveen, and Hope Blazo.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Ronald “Red” Galloway and Deborah “Debbie” Galloway; parent in-laws: Margarito Solano and Teresa Aguilar; grandparents: Charles and Audrey Blackwell and Wilton and Lula May Galloway, and a nephew: Alex Galloway.
Pallbearers: Joey Galloway, Jimmy Galloway, Kade Day, Jordan Galloway, Ronnie Galloway, and Jonathan Crain
Services will be held at Brown McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, LA.
