Samuel Estes Johnston III native of Bogalusa La. Passed away May 10, 2012 in Independence La at the age of 71. He is survived by his sons Sam Johnston and Mike Johnston of Bogalusa and Mark Johnston of Ga. Daughters Dena Johnston Fricks of Ga. And Amy Johnston Gingerich of Ga. Brothers Titus Johnston of Tenn. Franklin Johnston of Metatrie la. And Arvin Johnston of Independence La. Sisters Wilda Harper of Pearl River La. Barbara Windham of Tylertown Ms. And Delores Johnson of Plaquemine La. Seven grandchildren six nieces and 8 nephews. Sister-in-laws Eva Rose Johnston and Maude Johnston.
Preceeded in death by brothers Ralph, Allen and Carvin Johnston
Visitation will be held in the Chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Friday May 11, 2012 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m and will continue Saturday May 12, 2012 from 8 a. m. until time for services in the chapel at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in Ponemah Cemetery.
