Mr. Roy R. Adams' Obituary
Mr. Roy R. Adams, A native of Bogalusa, LA., and long time resident of Butler, AL., passed away on Thursday morning, August 7, 2020, at his sisters home in Amite, LA. Roy loved coon hunting, fishing and horses. He was a pillow of his community, and will greatly missed by all his family and friends. Roy retired from Georgia Pacific Paper mill in Pennington, AL
Roy is survived by two sons Troy Adams of Butler, AL., and Randy Adams of Butler, AL. One brother Bill Adams of New Ulm, TX. Two sisters Sue Palmer of Amite, LA and Diane Parker of Jackson, MS. Six grandchildren Jonathan Adams, Tory Adams, Michael Lolly, Summer Adams, Justin Adams and Alanna Adams. Four great-grandchildren. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents William and Alma Corley Adams. One son Brian Adams. Five brothers TC Adams, Willis Adams, Richard Adams, and William Adams, Jr, Phildon Adams. Five sisters Oephlia Hodge, Ines Woodard, Liza Thomas, Elsie Adams, and two Baby Adams..
