Richard Glenn Lavinghouse's Obituary
Richard Glenn Lavinghouse born October 6, 1944 passed away June 11, 2015 at the Louisiana Heart Hospital at the age of 70. Richard was a retired Correctional Officer at the Rayburn Correctional Center.
He is survived by his wife Opal Gaines Lavinghouse of Bogalusa, 1 son, Andrew Lavinghouse, 1 daughter, Constance Lavinghouse, a step-son, Jeffery Ried and his wife Phyllis of Mobile, Alabama, a step-daughter, Michelle Davis and her husband Dan of Bush, La., numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents, Morris and Naomi Lott Lavinghouse, 2 brothers, Morris Lavinghouse Jr. and Harold Lavinghouse, and a sister Margie.
Visitation will be held at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Staurday June 13, 2015 beginning at 9:00 A.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Paul Corse will officiate the services. The interment will follow in the Audubon Cemetery in Hickory, La.
