Patrick Lloyd Corkern's Obituary
Patrick Lloyd Corkern age 74 passed away May 22, 2019 at his residence here in Bogalusa. He was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church and he was a US Army Veteran serving two tours in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife Nicolle Russell Corkern of Bogalusa. One son Dustin Pounds of Bogalusa, LA. A step daughter Kallie Russell. Four brothers Tommy Corkern of Brookhaven MS, Mike Corkern of Bogalusa, Paul Corkern of Columbia South America, and Edward Corkern of West Monroe La. Two grandchildren, Ayden Pounds and Barrett Pounds.
He is preceded in death by his parents Locy and Iris Corkern.
Visitation will be held on Friday May 24, 2019 at Annunciation Catholic Church beginning at 9 a.m. with funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. Rev. Father Daniel Brouillette will officiate. Burial will follow in Corkern Cemetery in Sheridan with military rites conducted by American Legion Post #24.
