The strongest woman I have ever known.
She was one of a kind
Jesus Christ has borne our sins, and He has carried our sickness away. He is our burden bearer. He is God's scrapegoat at the Cross. When He said, "it is finished," death was finished, disease was finished, sickness was finished, all of your enemies were finished because we are victorious through the blood of Christ. I'll forever cherish all of our memories. She had a unique way of showing her love, but I will never forget the whole two times in 24 years she told me she loved me! Our very own guardian angel watching over from Heaven. I love you Grandma!!
A feather from an AngelIs one we rarely seeBut this one is quite different And as special as can beThis feather is a reminderOf this special person's love ? Who is now your Guardian AngelWatching & protecting fromUp above....
Ola was my mother's (Doris Aileen Galloway) cousin. They're fathers were brothers. I would like to offer our sincere condolences on your loss.
Grandma was tough as nails. She was a strong and faithful woman. I know with all my heart that she is now my Guardian Angel watching me from heaven. I have so many memories that I could share here. The best memory that I can put in a nutshell is that she had one more sense of humor...never failed to make us laugh until we cried. One story I can tell is the one of "The Slip"... getting ready to go to church with her one Sunday morning she could not find her slip. We searched the house high and low, after about thirty minutes...we found it....she had it on...I happened to notice something clumped around her waist. It was the slip neatly tucked down inside her hose. :) I will never forgot how much we BOTH laughed that morning. Also, as much time as I spent with her as a kid, I am sure at bedtime she gave me way more NyQuil and Vicks Vapor Rub than might be considered safe. HAHA I made though! I know if there is any to leaves to rake or grass to mow in heaven, she is on it. She was always a hard worker and never took the easy way out or cut corners. She did what was right. I love her so much and am so thankful to have been truly blessed by having her as my grandma! Couldn't have hand picked a better one! I LOVE YOU GRANDMA!
A true angel. A beautiful soul, in my heart -a piece you shall hold.
Strong spirited, genuine person. I couldn't ask for a better mother.
We send our condolences to the family.May God grant you peace during this difficult time.
So sorry to hear of ola's death. She was a very kind hearted person who loved working with her home health PATIENTS. My husband Ray was her first cousin. I have fond memories of them reminiscing about their childhoods.
