Mavis Duncan Parker's Obituary
Mavis Duncan Parker age 90 passed away December 6, 2014 at her residence here in Bogalusa. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Horace Parker "Loretta" of Bogalusa and Keith Parker "Lynette" of White sands Ms. One daughter Amelia P. LeBlue "Blue" of Bogalusa. .Grandchildren Chris Parker "Gwen" and Dawn Lambright "Shay". One great grandchild, one great great grandson, and six step granddaughters. Numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 ½ years Exie H. Parker, parents Hubert and Rena Thomas Duncan, three brothers and four sisters.
Visitation will be held in the chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Wednesday December 10, 2014 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will continue Thursday from 8 a.m. until time for service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Isabel Baptist Church cemetery. Rev. Walter Mixon will officiate.
