Juanita Varnado's Obituary
Juanita Creel Varnado, a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt, passed away Monday November 19, 2018, at the age of 78. Juanita will be forever missed, loved and remembered by her surviving children.
She is survived by her two daughters Billie Faye Brooks, of Bogalusa, LA. and Debbie Brooks of Slidell, LA. One son Alcus Brooks and his wife Susan of Slidell, LA. One sister Glorigean Woods of Tylertown, MS. One Brother Ralph Creel of Tennessee. Six granddaughters Earline J. Brooks, of Bogalusa, LA., Nicole F. Brooks, of Bogalusa, LA., Erica Brooks of Slidell, LA., Lucy E. Brooks, Dixie R. Brooks of Bogalusa, LA. and Rebecca Landers. Six Grandsons John “Phillip” Brooks, John “Sam” Brooks of Bogalusa, LA., Christopher Wayne Brooks of Slidell, LA., Huey Phillip Brooks, B.J. Peire and Jason Brooks of Tennessee.
Sixteen Great-Grandchildren, one grandson-in-law Cliffar Bounds and many nieces and nephews and extended family and dear friends.
Juanita is preceded in death by her loving husband Elmer “Donnie Bo” Varnado. Parents Dixie Garner and T.C. Creel. Three sons David Wayne Brooks Huey Phillip Brooks, Sr. and John Pearson Brooks, Sr.
