Jeffrey Dewayne Freeman, passed away Monday afternoon, February 4, 2019.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife Danise D. Freeman of Bogalusa, LA. Mother Mildred Jarrell Freeman and step father Jerry Dixon of Bogalusa, LA. One daughter Brooke Elizabeth Applewhite of Monroe, LA. Two step children Jonathan Corkern & Misty Corkern both of Franklinton, LA. One brother Scott Edward Freeman of Lake Charles, LA. One sister Melissa Ann Kees of Varnado, LA. One niece Kristian Stoker of Varnado, LA. Great nieces Kayla and Aubrey Applewhite of Tennessee Nephews Todd Allen and his wife Jennifer of Tennessee, Bentley Jones, Brogan Mizell and Royce Gerald all of Bogalusa, LA. one great nephew Aaron Applewhite of Tennessee. Grandchildren Kainon Cash Murray of Shreveport, LA., Also one Granddaughter on the way Emileigh Reign Applewhite, Jastin Miley Tayt Corkern and Ady Adams both of Franklinton, LA. Jeffrey is preceded in death by his first wife Emily Applewhite Freeman. Father Edward Earl Freeman.
