Mrs. Jane Ann Crawford's Obituary
Jane Ann Reyer Crawford was born on August 24, 1945, in Poplarville, MS, to Charles Reyer and Eloise Brewer. She married the love of her life, Albert W. Crawford Sr., on November 28, 1964, at Warren Street Church of God in Bogalusa, LA. Jane Ann loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Jane Ann graduated from Buck Branch School in Poplarville, MS. She spent her life doing what she loved most; cooking, arranging flowers, and caring for those she loved. She spent her years pouring into her family and her church family. She spent many years actively participating at her church, including weekly prayer meetings with the ladies of the church, teaching children’s Sunday School, and preparing meals with the ladies for the community. When she wasn’t at church, she spent much of her time with her three boys: her biggest blessings. She ensured Albert Jr., Tim, and Michael were involved in clubs, sports, and band. Whatever her children were doing, she was right next to them every step of the way, with full support.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Albert W. Crawford Sr., two sons: Michael Crawford and Albert Crawford Jr.; her father, Charles Reyer, parents Eloise and James Brewer, brother Robert Reyer, sister Elsie Hocutt, great-grandson Emmett Toomer, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Jane Ann is survived by her son Tim (Becky) Crawford; grandchildren Bryanna (Drue) Sprehe, Emily (Ronald) Toomer, and Amanda Crawford; 5 great-grandchildren: Chloe, Liam, Kameron, Raine, and Rowan; 2 sisters, Mary (Terry) Patrick, Teresa (James) Hernandez; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Reverend Larry Lassley and son Tim Crawford will be officiating the service.
Brown-McGehee Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
