Mr. George "Buddy" Miller Sr.'s Obituary
George Walter Miller, Sr, affectionately known as “Buddy”, to anyone who knew him, passed away on May 18, 2024, at his home. Buddy had a true passion for the forestry industry. He worked as a logger his entire life running and mastering any equipment necessary. Buddy loved his family, but his grandchildren was the most precious to him.
He is survived by one son: George Walter Miller, Jr. “BJ” (Kendra); a daughter: Carrie Patterson; eleven grandchildren: Austin, Autumn, Aubrey, Jeslyn, Mason, Tyrin, Dylann, Kadison, Jonathan, Justin, and Jonah; two great-grandchildren: Braxton and Gracelynn; three sisters: Eula Blansett, Susie Miller, and Sadonna Stogner (Kenny Wayne); one brother by heart and love: John Henry McCain; and a host of other family and friends who loved him dearly.
Buddy was preceded in death by his parents: Walter and Daisy Miller; a step-father: Aubrey Stilley; a son: Charlie Miller; one daughter: Patty Frazier; one grandson: Sterling Miller; one brother: Joe Miller; and two sisters: Linda Robertson and Agnes Breeland.
A private burial will take place at a later date.
