Ethel Hunt Wilson's Obituary
Ethel Hunt Wilson born May 7. 1931 passed away at home to be with the Lord with her family by her side on Tuesday Janurary 27, 2015 at the age of 83. She was born of Taft and Velma Hunt. Ethel was a devoted religious woman of the Pentacostal faith.
She leaves behind 2 sons, David Wilson and spouse Joe Mullen, Ken Wilson and wife Vera Wilson and daughter-in-law Paula Wilson of Andalusia, AL., 4 grandchildren, Casey, Faith, Brook and Elizabeth, 3 great -grandchildren, Taylor, Riley, Willow and Blake who knew her as "Grandmaw " Wilson",and also Hayden, Ryder and Sloan, a sister, Dorothy "Dot" Ladner of Abita Springs, a brother, Ralph Hunt of Kenansville, N.C. and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edsel Wilson, a son , Dale Wilson, 3 sisters, Bernice Emole, Florence Mizell, and Donna Miley, 3 brothers, Dan Hunt, Jerry Hunt and Michael Hunt.
Visitation will be held at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Thursday January 29,2015 beginning at 6 P.M. until 9 P.M. and will resume Friday morning after 10 A.M. until service time at 1 P.M.. Rev. Wayne Grant will conduct the religious services with the interment to follow in the Mizell Cemetery in Sun, La.
