Emma Pauline Carpenter's Obituary
Emma Pauline Carpenter, 70, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away Friday, April 8, 2011 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Carpenter of Bogalusa; two sons, Robert Scott Carpenter of Arkansas and John Keith Carpenter of Michigan; one daughter, Theresa Annette Cabrera of Bogalusa; one brother, David S. Jenkins of Bogalusa; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Mary Jenkins, brothers Melvin and Ray Jenkins and sister Dorothy Rester.
Visitation was held Saturday, April 9 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m., and continues on Sunday from 11 a.m. until time for the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m., with Eld. J.W. Graves officiating. Burial will follow in McNeese Cemetery.
