Edith Marie Barber's Obituary
Edith Marie Barber age 83 passed away Dec. 26, 2012 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. She was a resident of Bogalusa La. Survivors include her husband Melvin Barber of Bogalusa La. Sons Melvin Lee Barber Jr. of Jackson Ms., John Wesley Barber of Bogalusa, Son Robert Dalgo of Alabama. Daughters Deborah Ann Barber Young of Rhode Island, Brenda Lee Downey of Slidell La. Erica Shantel Barber of Bogalusa La., Daughters Leona Dorton of Bogalusa La. And Barbara Robins of Tennessee. Numerous grandchildren Family and other friends.
She is preceded in death by a daughter Vickie Louise Crawford, her parents, brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held in the Chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Friday Dec. 28, 2012 from 4:00 pm til 9:00 pm and will continue Saturday from 8:00 am until time for services in the chapel at 11:00 am. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery at Crossroads,
