She will be missed. I enjoyed every visit i had in Bogalusa! I'm sorry she is gone. She was someone who could tell me stories about my mom and their time growing up. She always had a funny story about the boys in Boston, which is why she went out of state to find a good man. I wish my children had had more time with her. Love to you all.
I am sending my prayers and deep sympathy to such a precious family in their time of sorry.

Buddy and family you are in my thoughts and prayers.Mrs. Dot was a wonderful person and is now in God's loving hands.
Sorry not able to tell you in person what a wonderful person your mother was.
Going to visit Aunt Dot and Uncle Bud was always one of the highlights of our trips to Louisiana. We had good food and good fun. We played with toys that my mother played with when she was a child. We always felt happy and loved in that house. I'm going to miss you, Aunt Dot.
I was so sorry to hear about your mother. I know she is in a better place. She was such a sweet lady. Melanie Garland

Susie, Buddy, Johnny, and Families, I am so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of your mother in our kitchen playing Scrabble, drinking coffee, smoking cigarettes, and sharing stories. Do you remember the Scrabble tournaments that Irma, Dot, and Gloria had complete with prizes? They had a wonderful friendship. Thinking of you all with love
She was a great neighbor to my sister , Sydney, years ago.
Myself and my children will always remember the Roast, gravy and rice meals, with corn she used to always cook when we came to visit. I myself always thought it was very cool, that Aunt Dot had been collecting baseball cards since she was a young girl, being a baseball fan myself...WE love you and will miss you...Selena, Zach and Sammie
