Mr. Charlie was one of the kindest man that I ever met. He loved his family and you could see that love through the care he gave Darren. His birthday is February 14 and when I would be at the Deli he would sing "Happy Birthday to me and Erik" who is my grandson and also born on valentines Day. He was one GREAT MAN....
I'm so very sorry for your loss. I remember Charlie when he had the service station on Columbia Street. He was a very fine man. I know that he will be missed by many.
I just met Mr Miller a few months ago. He lived across the street from Me. Little that I knew Him He was A great Freind and I will Miss talking to Him. Charlie was one of the best men in bogalusa service , he was kind ,very likeable, generous, and worked as hard as any employee that ever worked for him. Bogalusa has lost a great asset to it's foundation. thanks for your time Charlie.
So sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. He was always a friend to everyone, went the extra mile to help if you needed it. I remember him from our days at Calvary Baptist Church. My condolences to all the family, especially Malouise.
