South East Louisiana War Veterans Home. He proudly served his country as a United States Navy Veteran.
He was survived by three sons Billy Penton of Talisheek, LA. Carl Penton of Tylertown, MS, and Terry Penton of Sun, LA. Two daughters Lynn Goldhammer of Bush, LA., and Lisa Mejia of Albany, LA. Two brothers Robert Penton of Carriere, MS, and Elliott Penton of Baton Rouge, LA. One sister Mary Anderson of Abita Springs, LA.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and nine great ~ grandchildren.
Carlos is preceded in death by his wife Rebecca Penton. Parents Eddie and Nellie Penton. One brother Eddie Penton, Jr.
