Ms. Brenda Stevens' Obituary
Brenda Stevens, age 57, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Baton Rouge at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. Ms. Brenda was a devout Christian who loved reading her Bible and attending church to fellowship with her brothers and sisters in Christ. She adored her family and time she was able to spend with them.
Ms. Brenda is survived by two sons: William “Ted” Tippett and Ricky Tippett; two daughters: Patricia “Nickey” Tippett and Stephanie Dowdy (Cory); ten grandchildren: William Tippett, Jaiden Tippett, Nathan Lolley, Chrismas Tippett, Ethan Tippett, Haylee Tippett, Harley Lorts, Payton Dowdy, Delilah Dowdy, and Lynleigh Dowdy; two brothers: Junior Stevens and Mitchell Stevens; two sisters: Pam Stevens and Marggie Akins; three close friends: Becky Watson, Megan Myrick, and Zohln Dugar; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Arnold and Gloria Stevens.
Brown-McGehee Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
