Benton Bernard Kennedy, Sr.'s Obituary
Benton Bernard Kennedy Sr. born September 24, 1933 went home to be with The Lord on June 4, 2016 at the age of 82. He owner of Kennedy Fish Traps and he was a member of Angie Baptist Church . Benton served his country by serving in the United States Air Force.
He Leaves behind his beloved wife, Carolyn Thornhill Kennedy of Angie, a son Benton Bernard Kennedy Jr. of Angie, a daughter, Cheryl Watts and her husband Billy of Angie, two grandchildren, Christina Lott and her husband Mark and Billy Watts Jr., two great-grand children, Mark Aaron Lott Jr. and Lucas Paul Lott and also numerous nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos and Bonnie Mae Baughman Kennedy and a brother , Donald L. Kennedy.
Visitation will be held at Brown-McGehee on Wednesday June 8, 2016 beginning at 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and will resume Thursday June 9, 2016 after 9:00 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M. Rev Larry Mizell will officiate the services with the interment to follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery located in Angie. La.
